The sustainable healthcare system of tomorrow builds on Care@Home solutions.
New technologies enable new ways of engaging and monitoring citizens based on their needs and not those of the healthcare system. The new solutions often require that the citizens can manage self-monitoring, can master their own health, and can act upon their own health data.
  • How do we empower the citizens in their understanding of and ability to manage own health?
  • How do we set health data free and how do we secure a free flow of data across sectors?
  • What are the barriers that Care@Home solutions face? How do we overcome them?
  • And how do we ensure a solid starting point for the best possible Care@Home solutions?
Become part of our Care@home network and get the latest knowledge on these topics and many more.

The Care@Home network is a collaboration between FIERS, the Region of Zealand and the Danish Life Science Cluster.

The network meetings are held in Danish and aimed at managers and key employees in both municipalities, in hospitals, in general practice, in industry and from educational and research institutions that work with welfare technology, the local healthcare system, healthcare data and digitalization.
Join us in shaping tomorrow's healthcare system while working on your own network.

The network is free of charge but requires registration.
